Project storage and security
The planner uses IndexedDB to save projects in your browser and local storage for preferences. Clearing this data can erase your work; export a .floorplan3d backup first. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site. Turnstile loads only after you enable the secure contact form; its single-use token expires after approximately five minutes and the widget does not request a clearance cookie. Optional Google Ads tag and your choice
The Google Ads tag (ID AW-18475839956) is not loaded unless you select “Accept Google Ads cookies.” If accepted, it can process page and advertising-interaction signals, such as the page URL, referrer, IP address, user-agent and other browser/network details, timestamps and advertising click identifiers. Google may use advertising storage for conversion measurement and, if enabled in our Google Ads account, remarketing or personalised advertising. We do not send floorplan drawings, room dimensions, filenames, account data or contact messages through the tag. We have not set up a named conversion action/label, and this is not Google Analytics. Rejecting or doing nothing sends no data to Google through this tag and does not affect the planner.
We store your choice in first-party local storage under ffp3d_google_ads_consent so the tag remains off on future pages unless you have accepted. You can change the choice below. If you withdraw after the tag has loaded on this page, a denied consent update is sent; the tag stops advertising storage, first-party advertising cookies are removed where accessible, and the tag is not loaded on later pages unless you accept again. A limited consent or cookieless signal may still be sent on the already-open page. Information already received by Google cannot be recalled. Google sets retention periods for its advertising technologies; see the Google advertising technologies notice and our privacy policy.
Aggregate action counts
We count only the first validated floorplan saved for a project and each export or download, with a fixed format label. We do not count visitors or page views. The planner makes a small same-origin request; the backend relays a fixed aggregate event to PostHog US without a browser identifier, IP address, cookies, drawing or filename. Cloudflare and Railway still handle technical network information. The integration does not set PostHog cookies or load its browser SDK. Your analytics choice
Aggregate action counts are on unless you turn them off. Either choice leaves all floorplan tools available. Your choice applies to this browser on the website and planner.
Checking this browser’s setting…
Only an opt-out is saved: ffp3d_analytics_opt_out=true. The website and planner read this same first-party local-storage key. An older freefloorplan3d:analytics=no choice is also respected and migrated when you change the setting. If browser storage cannot be read, action counts stay off. You can also change your choice at Settings → Privacy and local saving inside the planner. The footer links here from every website page. Turning counts off stops future events from this browser, not previously received events.
